An ancient technique has found its place in the modern world of healing.
Massage Cupping bodywork is based on the common practice of Chinese cupping therapy.
By creating suction and negative pressure, it is used to soften tight muscles and tone attachments. It also loosens adhesions and lifts connective tissue, brings hydration and blood flow to body tissues, and drains excess fluids and toxins by opening lymphatic pathways. In some cases, areas of the body that have suffered nerve damage that has caused numbness and loss of feeling  have regained feeling to that area.
This technique is also beneficial for reduction of cellulite.
I am one of the few Massage Cupping Certified providers in the southeast Michigan area.
